Shadowboxes

Amanda, OH. Died September 4, 2020. Sophia saved three people through organ donation and healed countless others through tissue donation.

Sophia’s mom tells us about her shadowbox – “The background paper is lilac purple, her favorite color and the sunflower represents her favorite flower. The softball rose represents the sport she loved to play – she started at 4 years old and loved the game like her big sis Chelsea. Her favorite position was third-base…she sort of owned it when she was playing!

The July before she passed, she begged to get a tattoo. She wanted it to represent her Grandma T. She had it on her right side under her arm it said “God broke our hearts to prove he only takes the best.” I miss her so…..”
