Robert Lyles

Columbus, OH. Died February 22, 2020.  Robby saved the lives of four people, gave the gift of sight to one through cornea donation and tissue for research.

Robby was special in every sense of the word; not because of his inability, but because of the way he communicated. Robby hadn’t been able to walk or talk for many years, but that’s no reason for sorrow and definitely not for tears.

Robby was loved and cared for each and every day. He touched the lives of those around him in such a special way. He was good at expressing his emotions through his eyes and face and he wouldn’t hesitate to let you know if you were in his space.

He was Brave and Courageous Fighter and he met every challenge – he always came out the victor, never giving up in defeat.
