Lanny Brown

Lanny Brown was a kind and caring father, son, nephew, uncle and friend who consistently put others before himself and would do anything in his power to help those in need. He was an avid fisherman, Harley Davidson enthusiast, the number one Cleveland Browns fan and a dedicated Dog Warden for his home county.

Lanny did many things in his life, including saving the life of another man who was trapped inside a burning car. He never missed a weekend fishing with his uncle John, never missed a home Browns game and loved to feel his bandana blow in the wind on the back of his Harley. He enjoyed spending his free time with his mother and daughter or traveling with his uncle in search of Bigfoot.

He was selflessness personified and a hero to many. He stepped in as a father at many events for his nephew when no one else would. He raised a kind, smart, beautiful daughter, and, most importantly, he loved and took care of his mother the same way she did for him. He was one of those “once in a lifetime” genuine souls, and he made everyone’s life better just by being in it.

For items in the box, I wanted to include some patches and pins from his days in a biker club, his Bigfoot hunting binoculars, pictures of him fishing with his best friend and uncle and his Cleveland Browns hat that he was always wearing. I also had to include some pictures of his family because family meant everything to him.
