John “Garrett” Curtis
Garrett was a loving, funny and selfless 15-year-old. He had his permit and loved learning to drive. He was two weeks away from his 16th birthday when he passed. Garrett was all about baseball. He had been playing since he was 3 years old and planned to become a professional baseball player so that he could take care of his family while doing what he loved.
He was loved by all who knew him and will forever be missed. He leaves behind many friends and family, including 5 sisters and 2 brothers. After Garrett’s accident, he saved the lives of a variety of recipients, in different stages of life. John Garrett will always be our real-life superhero.
