Orient, OH. Died June 9, 2015. Jerry saved four lives through organ donation.

Jerry was a kind, loving and selfless man giving of himself wherever he could. He was a devoted husband and father to two sons. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and supported his sons in scouting and soccer programs. He is dearly missed by his loving family and friends whom he cherished.
