Chillicothe, OH. Died June 30, 2019. Chaise gave sight to two through cornea donation and healed countless others through tissue donation.

He was a giving and thoughtful person so the gift of donation was no surprise.  Chaise loved cooking, loved his music, and loved animals.  He was a very bright student and always craved knowledge.  After his passing, he was given an honorary diploma from the school district that he attended since kindergarten and was also acknowledged at the graduation ceremony.  Never a day goes by that we do not think of you, want to see you, want to talk to you and want to hold you.  The craving for your laughter and your sense of humor weighs so heavy.
