Shadowboxes

Carla was born in Morgantown, West Virginia, in 1967. She graduated from Morgantown High School and was a graduate of Ohio University. She had a passion for baking and cooking and enjoyed sharing her tasty treats with friends, family and coworkers. Some of her specialties were caramel corn, pepperoni rolls, and, of course, her Texas sheet cake. She made fabulous cakes, breads, mini pies, scones, pastries and her dinners were top of the line. Her favorite snack was a bowl of popcorn.

She had many dachshunds growing up and many cats throughout her life, which she adored. Carla was a collector of fine watches. She didn’t get much chance to enjoy her Black BMW X3 as she passed too soon.

Carla had the ability to know what others needed and would lend a helping hand. She always made their day better.
