OhioHealth Grant Medical Center & Donation

OhioHealth Grant Medical Center is the busiest Level 1 Trauma Center in Central Ohio. Lifeline of Ohio teams are grateful to be able to work alongside this professional staff to facilitate the gifts of donation.

Both Grant Medical Center and Lifeline of Ohio have provided care and support to donor heroes and their families since 1984.

The hospital continues to raise donation awareness throughout the year, especially during Donate Life Month, by displaying Donor Memorial Quilts.

Champions of Hope

Each year, Lifeline of Ohio recognizes and celebrates the community champions who advocate for donation at our annual partner-recognition event — the Champions of Hope Gala.

Award nominations are open! We invite you to nominate an individual or organization who helps to move donation forward, advocates for donation in the community or has gone above and beyond to support the mission of saving and healing lives.

Dr. Keshav Deshpande of OhioHealth Grant Medical Center was recognized as Physician of the Year by Lifeline of Ohio in 2019 for his commitment and leadership in regards to the organ, eye and tissue donation process.
