It takes less than two minutes to register to save and heal lives. Registering in the Ohio Donor Registry means that upon your death, you agree to become an organ, eye and tissue donor to potentially save eight lives through organ donation and heal more than 75 through tissue donation.

At the BMV Say “Yes” to be an organ, eye and tissue donor at the BMV when receiving or renewing a driver’s license or state identification card.
