Donor Family Reception

This event honors our donor heroes who gave selfless gifts of life and healing, and our heroes in spirit who generously said “yes” to organ, eye and tissue donation.

Doors open at 1:30 p.m.
Event time: 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Each donor family may have up to four attendees. In addition to the person filling out the form, there are spaces for 3 additional guest names (four total).

Donor Memorial Visiting Hours

We invite you to visit our Donor Memorial after this event. Lifeline of Ohio team members will be on-site from 3:00 – 5:30 p.m.
