Donate Life Month 2021!

Each April, Lifeline of Ohio celebrates the heroes who have saved lives through the gift of donation and encourages Ohioans to become registered organ, eye and tissue donors.

This yearly celebration arrives on the heels of the first day of spring – a time of renewal and new life. This year’s Donate Life America “Garden of Life” theme was inspired by the springtime scene of a garden. A garden and the insects within in it serve as symbols of hope, courage and transformed life — themes repeatedly found within the donation and transplantation journey. We’re continuously inspired not only by the rebirth of the season, but by the selfless acts of organ, eye, tissue donation we see each year.

This National Donate Life Month, we ask you to continue championing the Donate Life cause!  Don’t miss “LIFE AMPLIFIED | A Free, Virtual Concert featuring Eric Roberson” on April 1st at 7:30 p.m. and check Lifeline of Ohio’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages for upcoming events open to you and your students.

Please consider sharing Donate Life Month information with your classes, school or district!  Helpful resources including donation and transplantation FAQs, printable materials, coloring sheets, promotional items, social media images and web banners can be found here:
