“Ant’s Got It” celebrates Anthony Jackson’s life

The Lifeline of Ohio communications team gathered to celebrate the life of Anthony Jackson and his decision to register as an organ, eye and tissue donor.

Staff members proudly wear Homage’s “Ant’s Got It” t-shirts created in Anthony’s honor as The Columbus Dispatch posted an article on Anthony and his family. The article discusses the generous decision Anthony’s mother made to directly donate Anthony’s kidney to save the life of a family friend.

Nina Miller, Anthony's mom, celebrates her son's decision to register as an organ donor.

Directed Donation is rare in Ohio, with requests and then successful matches between donor and recipient happening just a few times a year, but it’s one way for families of organ donors to give life to someone they know.

Today we send a special thanks to Homage for creating the specialty tee and celebrating Anthony’s heroic decision to share life at the end of life! Say yes to organ, eye and tissue donation today – click here to register.
