What’s The Latest with Mindfulness?
Two groups (totaling more than 20 employees) just completed their introductory class and, based on the positive feedback, we are continuing and expanding ways to enable Lifeline of Ohio employees to tap into this practice and support.
If you HAVE NOT yet taken the class, there will be another cohort beginning in early November. This is a once-a-week, 60-minute class that will meet for six weeks. Please keep your eyes out for that registration to come next month. Afraid you’ll miss it? Want to get on the list now? If you HAVE taken the class, we are now offering Mindfulness Monthlies as a way to continue to grow and learn. These one-hour sessions are held one Tuesday a month from 11:00 a.m. to Noon Eastern Time (you can join via Zoom or in-person). Topics for the rest of the year include:

- November: Building our Emotional Intelligence
- December: The Power of Listening

For ALL employees: Mindfulness Coach Rebecca Hellman also hosts Mid-Day Meditations every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time. These are 15-minute, guided meditations you can join (via Zoom). It’s a great way to rest and reset midway through the week. Here is the Zoom link to join.
