What’s The Latest with Mindfulness?

Are you still wondering what this mindfulness thing is?

Come see for yourself! The next Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation course begins in early November. A perfect time to give yourself a small respite in the busyness of the holiday season!

This six-session course is designed to introduce you to the practice of mindfulness and meditation. Coach Rebecca Hellmann will introduce you to practical tools to settle your mind, work with your emotions and identify helpful and unhelpful thinking patterns.

The class will be delivered via Zoom so you can join from home or the office—whatever is most convenient.

There will be two cohorts formed—a Monday evening group and a Tuesday morning group.

The dates are as follows:

Monday evening cohort (6:30 – 7:30 p.m.): November 7, November 14, November 21, November 28, December 5, December 12

Tuesday morning cohort (9:00 – 10:00 a.m.): November 8, November 15, November 22, November 29, December 6, December 13

Each session will build upon content from the earlier sessions, and you will be given formal and informal practices to practice in between sessions.

The best practice is done in the live sessions, however, conflicts can come up, so classes will be recorded if you can’t attend one.

Link to register is here.

Also, just a reminder that Rebecca holds Mid-Day Meditations every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. ET. These are 15-minute, guided meditations you can join (via Zoom). It’s a great way to rest and reset midway through the week. Here is the Zoom link to join.
