Join us in honoring those who gave the generous gifts of life, sight and healing through donation. We will reflect on and celebrate how one person begins a ripple that changes countless lives and creates endless possibilities.

- The Exchange at Bridge Park – 6520 Riverside Drive, Dublin, OH 43017
- Each family representing a donor hero may have up to four attendees. In addition to the person filling out the form below, there are three spaces for additional guest names to attend.

We are honored to feature our guest speaker, Dr. Brittany Clayborne.

Creating connections of intention, passion, and evolution, she delivers tangible solutions to today’s problems with the mind of a doctor and the heart of a patient to create an encounter that will move your soul.
