Lifeline of Ohio Employee Spotlight!
Meet Cindy! Cindy is a Manager of Donation Support Services at Lifeline of Ohio. Cindy’s team work around the clock with hospital staff to coordinate donation, to complete paperwork with families for tissue and eye donation, and to determine donor suitability.
When asked why she is passionate about organ, eye and tissue donation, Cindy said, “I’m passionate about our mission because the need is so great, and donation brings something good on the other side of a tragedy. The gift doesn’t take the pain of grief away, but a lost loved one is able to leave a legacy and in some regard live on by saving and/or healing another.”
