Hispanic Heritage Month is a celebration of freedom for the Hispanic community in the U.S. The annual event, which runs from Sept. 15 – Oct. 15, jointly commemorates the independence of Cost Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua, all observed on Sept. 15, as well as Mexico and Chile, both countries that gained independence in September. The month is observed through celebrations of Hispanic culture, contribution and heritage across the country.
As part of the celebration, Lifeline of Ohio will feature Columbus Crew midfielder, Bernardo Añor, at the Donate Life booth before the game to sign autographs and meet fans!
