Columbus, OH. Jabbar received a life-saving heart transplant on September 1, 2016.
Since transplant, Jabbar has been able to LIVE! He’s completed a 5K walk for the American Heart Association, attended his nephew’s high school graduation, gone back to work, and recently wrote his donor family. He is grateful for a new lease on life!
